Sam Yarborough of Shallotte, NC. The 21 year old became a first time winner in his second full

season of Late Model competition. (Pole winner Jerame Donley, Winston-Salem, NC@ 92.69 mph)

Greg Hardee of Little River leads points by 4 over former National Champion Robert Powell, by 24 over former Street Stock Champion Brent Brinson, by 32 over Shannon Jordan. Josh Smathers is in fifth, 46 points out.

Auto Outlet Super Truck Series. 50 lap main event won by Michael Elliott of Mullins. Elliott earned

his second victory of 2005, holding off a field of 24 other drivers to the checkered flag. (Pole winner

Clay Thomas of Ellerbee, NC@ 87.50 mph. Thomas earned his second pole of the season).

Michael Elliott and Clay Thomas are tied for points lead, and share two wins each. Defending four

Time Champion Jimmy Herrington in third is only ten points from lead. Wade Skipper in fourth, is 22 points out, with Barry Andrews fifth, 50 points away from lead. Auto Outlet Super Truck Series

returns to action on the May 28 Memorial Weekend Spectacular.

Final 13 laps to capture his first win of 2005, his second ever at Myrtle Beach Speedway. (Brown was

Hale took his first win of 2005, his second ever at Myrtle Beach.

Defending Series Champion Roberts started at rear of field with additional 25 pounds of weight on the right side of his race car, due to winning three races in a row. Roberts, who finished third, will

be allowed to return to regular starting procedure next race, Memorial Day Weekend Spectacular.

Mini Stock Series. 15 lap main event won by Willie Fulford, Shallotte, NC. Fulford joined his dad,

Defending Series Champion Dub Fulford, and brother Adam in the win column already this season.
